Colbi Maddox, AAP, has extensive experience in customer success and business management, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager and Senior Client Experience Manager at Q2 since October 2014. As a Managing Member of Maddox Real Estate LLC since April 2008, Colbi has also held leadership roles, including Owner and President of Hot Shot Java, Inc. until April 2020, and Assistant Vice President of Business Development at Hilltop National Bank from May 2008 to May 2014. Previous experience includes managing the Casper branch and serving as a Commercial Bank Officer at American National Bank and earlier roles at Hilltop National Bank. Colbi studied Psychology and Business at Casper College and the University of Wyoming between 1998 and 2001.
