David Synstegard

David Synstegard is an accomplished accounting professional with extensive experience in financial leadership across prominent organizations. Currently serving as Chief Accounting Officer at Q2 since February 2021, David previously held the role of Vice President of Accounting at Dell, overseeing all accounting functions for Dell Financial Services and managing a global team of over 200. David's diverse experience at Dell included leadership positions such as Director of Accounting for both the Financial Services Division and Corporate Reporting, as well as consultancy roles focused on SEC investigations and corporate development. Prior to Dell, David honed skills at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Ernst & Young, specializing in tax consulting and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions. David's academic foundation includes a Master of Professional Accountancy from Wichita State University.
