With a background as a Six Sigma Black Belt at Sears, a Revenue Assurance Manager at Broadwing Communications, and roles in strategic consulting at marchFirst and Arthur Andersen, John possesses a robust skill set in operations, financial analysis, and process improvement. John holds a BBA and MPA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and the Texas McCombs School of Business.
