Matthew Smutzer is a seasoned technical professional with extensive experience in account management and technical support. Currently serving as a Technical Account Manager and previously as an Implementation Engineer at Q2 since February 2017, Matthew has a strong background in configuring and installing products for clients while serving as a primary point of contact for technical inquiries. Prior to Q2, Matthew spent nearly nine years at Kasasa as a Supervisor of the Technical Engineering Team. Matthew also has experience from roles at Manatron as a Customer Support specialist, where responsibilities included providing help desk support, and at Dell, where roles included Application Support for accounting software and Factory Sustaining Engineer for hardware and software issues. Matthew holds an A.S. degree in Business from Austin Community College.
