Mindy Norman

Mindy Norman is an Executive Assistant with extensive experience in supporting C-suite executives and managing office operations. Currently at Q2ebanking since September 2017, Mindy previously served at Zimmer Biomet as the Executive Assistant to the General Manager of Spine and the Vice President of Global Operations, Clinical, and Regulatory for a short period in 2017. Prior to this role, Mindy held the position of Office Manager at Zimmer Biomet (formerly LDR) from 2012 to September 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing office maintenance and managing facility-related purchases. Mindy began a career supporting executive functions as an Executive Assistant to the Vice President of Spine Integration at Zimmer Biomet. Mindy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science/Early Childhood Education from West Texas A&M University and has additional education from South Plains College.
