Rachel M.

Rachel M. possesses extensive experience in software engineering, automation, and data management, currently serving as the Principal Automation Engineer & Architect and Head of Observability & Analytics at Q2 since March 2019. At Q2, Rachel has significantly enhanced productivity by managing roadmaps and mentoring junior engineers, while also revising centralized logging and observability solutions as an ElasticStack expert. Prior to Q2, Rachel co-founded Phase Seven Technologies, developing a genomics platform for genetic disease identification. Rachel's expertise also includes leadership roles in multiple technology companies, such as Rackspace, DXC Technology, CSC, and Infochimps, where responsibilities ranged from redesigning analytics platforms to building infrastructure services. Educationally, Rachel holds multiple Bachelor of Science degrees in Computer Science from Texas State University, complemented by a minor in Mathematics.
