Scott Hilson

Scott Hilson possesses extensive experience in customer success and experience management across multiple organizations. Currently serving as VP of Customer Success for the Alt-Fi Segment at Q2 since October 2018, Scott previously held the position of VP of Customer Experience at Cloud Lending Solutions prior to its acquisition by Q2. Scott's career includes roles as Director of Customer Success at Sage Intacct, Inc., Customer Success Director at Responsys, Vice President of Customer Support at Blue Pumpkin Software, and Director of Service Delivery at Oracle. Scott holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, an MBA in Management from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Reinhardt University.
