Ryan O'Toole

Ryan O'Toole has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Ryan started their career as a Systems Administrator at Intellitactics in 2003, where they managed corporate IS and networking. From 2005 to 2007, they worked as an IT Consultant at Equitable Life, leading critical projects and coordinating with various stakeholders. O'Toole then joined BlackBerry in 2008, where they held multiple roles such as Business Systems Administrator, Systems Architect, and Web Infrastructure Architect, demonstrating their expertise in designing and building corporate services and infrastructure. In 2015, they transitioned to OpenText as a Senior Architect and Product Manager, focusing on designing and driving the delivery of cloud software offers. O'Toole further expanded their product management career at Roadmunk and Tulip Retail, where they worked as a Product Manager and later as a Director of Product Management. Currently, they are working at Q4 as the Director of Product Management. Throughout their career, O'Toole has been involved in launching new products, creating product strategies, managing engineering teams, and driving performance improvements.

Ryan O'Toole has a background in Computer Science and Psychology from Wilfrid Laurier University. Ryan also holds various certifications including MCSA from Microsoft obtained in April 2005, SSCP from ISC2 obtained in October 2004, and MCP from Microsoft obtained in April 2004.
