Bret Brummitt is an experienced professional with a diverse background in employee benefits, health care administration, and insurance. As the Founder of Generous Benefits and Coach at Q4intelligence since November 2019, Bret focuses on enhancing client experiences and satisfaction through innovative solutions. Bret previously served as a Volunteer with the Dallas Free Market Medical Association and held a membership with the Forbes Dallas Business Council. With a strong foundation as a Managing Partner at AG Insurance Agencies from December 1999 to November 2019, expertise includes improving benefit delivery, fostering positive organizational culture, and expanding service offerings. Additional roles include Media Relations for the Dallas Association of Health Underwriters and prior positions in sales and claims adjustment with Mutual of Omaha and GEICO. Bret holds a Master’s degree in Health Benefits Design from the University of Lynchburg and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Arlington.
