Benjamin Linehan has a diverse work experience. Benjamin started their career in 2018 as a Retail Sales Assistant at Factorie, where they provided customer assistance and was trusted with store management responsibilities. In 2019, they worked as a Customer Service Specialist at Auto & General, where they secured hire vehicles for clients and maintained good relationships with partners and mechanics. In 2020, they joined PROBE Group as a Customer Service Specialist, collaborating with a team to deliver timely solutions to clients and consistently meeting performance targets. In 2021, Benjamin enrolled in General Assembly as a Software Engineering Student. During their studies, they completed multiple projects, including a Tic-Tac-Toe game and a social networking/support forum called Open Hearts, Open Borders.
