Junki Sato

Junki Sato has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Junki began their career as a Hotel Receptionist at Oakhotel Tokyo, where they provided excellent customer service to guests from different backgrounds and handled guest complaints and reservations. After working there for four years, they transitioned to Joy Housing as a Customer Service Manager, where they managed maintenance requests, move-in/out schedules, and provided guidance to tenants in Japan/Okinawa. In 2019, they joined transcosmos inc. as a Web Director, where they created website editing instructions, managed projects, and developed good relationships with a coding team in the Philippines. In 2021, Junki worked at First Integrity Title Company as a Post Closer, reviewing and sorting refinancing packages, reporting errors, and requesting revised documents from customers/notaries. Currently, Junki is working at QA Wolf as a QA Engineer, in both a level 1 and level 2 role.

Junki Sato completed a 24 Week Online Software Engineering Program at App Academy from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, in 2020, Sato studied Using Python to Access Web Data by the University of Michigan through Coursera. Sato's undergraduate education took place from 2008 to 2012 at Kanda University of International Studies, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in English Language and Literature/Letters.
