Lauren Harper, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Recruiting at QA Wolf, following a role as Head of Talent Acquisition at Orkes and Senior Manager of Global Talent Acquisition at Hiya Inc. With extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, Lauren has successfully managed global teams, collaborated with executive leadership on organizational strategies, and implemented innovative hiring processes resulting in significant improvements in hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
