Ann Fletcher

Ann Fletcher is an experienced leader in content design and learning operations, currently serving as the Head of Content Experience & Quality at QA Ltd since June 2021. In this role, Ann spearheads the development of digital and blended learning content, focusing on quality, accessibility, and innovative technologies such as GenAI. Previously, Ann held various leadership positions at QA, including Head of Learning Content and Senior Manager of Learning Design Ops, contributing to significant projects in apprenticeship programs and other educational offerings. Prior experience includes roles in learning design, account management, and project coordination at organizations such as learndirect Limited and Seetec. Ann's educational background includes an MSc in Digital Pedagogy from Leeds Beckett University and degrees in Professional Management and Film & Media Production.
