Ben Sweetman

Ben Sweetman has over two decades of experience in the education and training sector, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Learning Products at QA Ltd since April 2011, where responsibilities include leading learning product strategy and development with a focus on AI. Previous roles at QA include Director of Strategy and Change, where Ben developed a Generative AI prototype and crafted a roadmap aligning AI with business strategy, and Director of Content & Learning Design, overseeing innovative learning approaches for various apprenticeship programs. Before QA, Ben was Head of Apprenticeships at e-skills UK, managing IT and Telecom sector programs, and served as Training Manager at Jobwise Training, focusing on employer engagement for apprenticeship training. Early career experience includes consulting roles at Hays, delivering training and assessments for several high-profile clients. Ben holds a BA in Classics from the University of Birmingham.
