James Lee

Senior Client Relationship Manager

James Lee has over 25 years of experience in client relationship management and account management. Currently serving as a Senior Client Relationship Manager and previously as a Senior Account Manager at QA Ltd since August 2005, James has been responsible for managing key public and private sector clients. Prior to this role, James worked at O2 UK from January 1997 to July 2005, initially as a Customer Service Team Manager for SME clients before progressing to Account Manager for corporate clients. James holds a BA Hons in Business and Marketing from Bradford College, completed between 1993 and 1996.
