Mark Fishpool

Mark Fishpool currently serves as the Technical Director for QA's Talent Division since August 2018, following a promotion to Strategic Technical Training Lead within QA's Consulting Division. With extensive experience in software development and education, past roles include Senior Learning Consultant, Developer Trainer at Pearson, and Senior Full-Stack Developer at Utility:Discount. Mark has also contributed to academia as a Further Education Lecturer and Course Leader for BTEC Computing/Emerging Technologies. His educational background includes a Cert. Ed. in Further Education from the University of the West of England and a BTEC National Diploma in Computer Studies from Gloucestershire College. Additionally, Mark has experience as an author for educational texts and has held various technical roles in the IT industry since the late 1980s.
