Matthew Thomas

Technical Support Manager

Matthew Thomas is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and IT service management. Currently serving as Technical Support Manager at QA Ltd since January 2017, Matthew has also held the position of IT Service Desk Manager within the same company. Prior to QA Ltd, Matthew worked at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. as IT Service Desk Team Leader from December 2011 to January 2017 and was a Senior ICT Technician at Calderdale MBC from March 2006 to November 2011. Matthew holds an HND in IT from The University of Huddersfield and is a graduate of Rishworth School.
