Omaar Dadoch

Omaar Dadoch is a results-driven professional with extensive experience in End Point Assessment (EPA) Management, Higher Education, and Software Development. Currently serving as the Higher Education End Point Assessment and Quality Manager, they lead a team to ensure successful learner progression across Degree and Higher Apprenticeship programmes. Previously, as a Senior EPA Manager, Omaar oversaw the development of EPA systems and improvements in apprenticeship programme delivery. Their earlier roles included mentoring apprentices as a Senior Technical Skills Coach and Software Developer at Casio Electronics, focusing on enhancing technical skills and developing software solutions. Omaar holds a Doctorate in Electronic and Computer Engineering from Brunel University of London.
