Phil Hicks

Phil Hicks is a retired IT professional with a diverse career spanning over two decades in various technical roles. Most recently, Phil serves as a Digital Learning Consultant at QA Ltd since April 2022, following a short tenure as Head of IT at Sheffield Forgemasters in late 2021. From 2008 to 2021, Phil was the Group IT Manager at Cathelco Ltd, building on earlier experiences as Environment Team Leader at EDS and Senior Server Support Engineer at Computacenter. Phil's career began at Getronics, where expertise as a 3rd Line Support technician was developed from 1999 to 2004. Phil officially retired from the IT field in January 2023.
