Richard Kelly

Richard Kelly is a seasoned Senior Learning Consultant at QA since September 2009, specializing in delivering complex vendor-specific training solutions for technologies such as XenApp, Microsoft System Centre Configuration/Operations Manager, and the AppSense Suite. Richard has played a significant role in providing SCCM 2012 Beta courses across the UK and AppSense courses throughout Europe, utilizing advanced classroom delivery methods including WebEx and Citrix GoToTraining. Prior to this, Richard served as the Citrix Product Manager at Remarc Technologies from 1997 to 2009, where responsibilities included managing a team of Citrix Certified Instructors and overseeing the delivery of core Citrix curriculum courses. Richard holds a PGCE in Technology and a B.Eng(Hons) in Chemical Engineering, both from The University of Manchester.
