Sohail Oosman

Sohail Oosman has extensive experience in the education and training sector, currently serving as the Director of Learning (Apprenticeships) at QA Ltd since October 2014, having held multiple leadership roles within the organization, including Head of Delivery for Learning and Regional Delivery for Apprenticeships. Prior to this, Sohail held quality management positions at Calder UK Ltd and Talent Recruitment, as well as at Hillingdon Training Ltd, where responsibilities included overseeing quality assurance. Early career roles include Operations Manager at Seetec Outsource and Strategic Accounts Service Delivery Manager at Troy Solutions Ltd. Sohail began a career in training as a Coach/Trainer at Carter & Carter and worked as a Training Consultant at Protocol Skills. Educational qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Computer Information Systems and Design from Kingston University.
