Steve Beck has extensive experience in project management and leadership across various sectors. Since April 2015, Steve has served as the Learning Programme Director at QA Ltd, enhancing individual performance in project management through tailored development activities. Prior to this, from December 2008 to April 2015, Steve was the Head of Programme & Planning at the Houses of Parliament, overseeing several key areas within the Parliamentary Estates Directorate. Earlier roles at Aviva plc included Communications Consultant and Manager of HR Planning & Governance, where responsibilities spanned communications planning and project management. Steve began a career in the military as a Military Officer in the Corps of Royal Engineers from 1987 to 2003, gaining valuable leadership and operational experience.
