Matthew Kibler

Dr. Matthew Kibler is currently the Interim Superintendent for Queen Anne's County Public Schools (QACPS), where they have dedicated twenty years to various roles in education. Previously, they served as the Assistant Superintendent for QACPS, focusing on curriculum and instruction, and also held the position of Director of Accountability and Implementation. They began their career as a high school mathematics teacher in a Maryland public school system before transitioning to Washington College, where they advanced to Assistant Vice President for Institutional Effectiveness and Analytics. Dr. Kibler holds a Doctorate in Education from Wilmington University, a Master’s in Applied Statistics from Penn State, and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from Washington College.
