Laina Reed

Laina Reed, MBA has a diverse background in finance and operations. Laina is currently working at QAD as the Director of Revenue Analysis, where they are responsible for reporting and analysis of all areas of sales operations globally. Prior to this role, Laina served as the Manager of Global Sales Operations at QAD, where they created and implemented globally consistent processes and reporting to provide executive leadership visibility of sales efficiency.

Before joining QAD, Laina worked at Olam International as a Global Financial Analyst, where they were responsible for coordinating monthly forecasting and annual budgeting for the Spices and Vegetables division. Laina also worked at UniversalGiving as an NGO Specialist, where they determined which NGOs fit UniversalGiving’s Quality Model and supported non-profit initiatives in a team environment.

Laina's early career included roles such as Development Intern at the Coalition on Homelessness San Francisco, Office Manager at Stable Cafe, and Accounting Intern at OPE Inc. Laina also gained experience in education, working as a Desk Worker and Supplemental Instructor at the University of San Francisco.

Laina Reed, MBA, received their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School in 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from the University of San Francisco in 2011. Laina also attended KU Leuven in 2009-2010 and Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2008 for additional coursework. Laina completed their high school education at Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart from 2003 to 2007.
