Manu CK has over 15 years of experience in technical support and management roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Director of Critical Support at QAD since April 2025, Manu previously held various positions at Infoblox from August 2010 to March 2025, including Senior Manager and Manager of Technical Support. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. Technical Support Associate at Dell from December 2008 to November 2009. Manu holds a 3-year diploma in Electronics from the State Board of Technical Education in Kerala, completed between 1998 and 2001.
