Mark Ward

Mark Ward serves as a Senior Principal Business Consultant at QAD since February 2017, where responsibilities encompass RFPs, process assessments, and product demonstrations to facilitate successful deal closures, including leading enterprise accounts that achieved 18% cloud subscription growth. Mark was recognized as Business Consultant of the Year and nominated for the Presidents Club for contributions such as being the presales lead for a USD6m cloud subscription deal for an electric vehicle OEM in 2021. Previously, Mark held various leadership roles at GKN Automotive, including Global Supply Chain Solutions Director, where oversight encompassed 40 sites and USD 5B in revenue, leading significant change management initiatives and cost-saving projects. Mark has a Master’s in Continuous Improvement Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from the University of Port Elizabeth.
