Marshall Dean

Marshall Dean is a seasoned IT professional currently serving as System Administrator Team Lead at QAD since June 2025. Prior experience includes a role as Sr. IT Systems Engineer at Zenoss, where Marshall oversaw a global SaaS internal IT infrastructure and addressed a critical network breach. Before Zenoss, Marshall was with Accruent from 2010 to 2017, facilitating multiple company acquisitions and providing technical training. Earlier career roles include IT Systems Administrator and Help Desk Administrator at Richardson ISD. Marshall holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management with a Business Minor from Texas A&M University, completed in 2010.
