Stephane Alvarez

Stephane Alvarez has over 25 years of experience in the IT field, currently serving as an Enterprise Business Consultant at QAD since September 1998, with responsibilities including functional and technical support, team leadership, and mentorship within a local and global Service Delivery team. Key duties involve assisting customers, analyzing software defects, writing Knowledge Base Articles, and training team members. As an Escalation Manager, Stephane reviews escalation requests, collaborates with R&D and experts, and monitors issues until resolution.
