Surya Panda

Surya Panda has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and development. Surya started their career as a Web Developer at Wian Tech Pvt. Ltd. in 2006 and then moved on to Algorithm, Inc. where they worked as a Software Developer, primarily using C#. Net for system analysis and development.

In 2008, Surya joined qad as a Software Engineer - III, focusing on troubleshooting and resolving production issues related to the financial module. Surya then joined Infor in 2010 as a Senior Technical Consultant, where they provided expertise and support for various technical projects.

Currently, Surya is working at QAD as a Senior Software Engineer, a role they have held since 2014. Recently, they have been promoted to the position of Principal Software Engineer. Surya holds certifications in Project Management (PMP®), ITIL®, and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS®).

Surya Panda attended National Institute of Science and Technology, Berhampur from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science. Surya completed their 10th grade education at National High School from 1987 to 1996, focusing on subjects such as math, science, history, Sanskrit, geography, English, and Oriya. Additionally, Surya graduated with a Bachelor's degree (Graduate+3) in Mathematics Honours from Khalikote(A) College, Brahmapur.

In terms of certifications, Surya obtained ITIL Foundation 4 certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice in 2022. Surya is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, they hold two Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications: one in .NET Framework 4.0 Web Application and the other in .NET Framework 4.0 Windows Applications, both obtained in 2014.
