Mohaned Eltyeb

Mohaned Eltyeb is an experienced Information Technology professional currently serving as the Information Technology Service Management Manager at QAFCO since June 2022. In this role, Mohaned leads the management of ITSM processes in alignment with the ITIL v4 framework and oversees the major incident management lifecycle. Prior to QAFCO, Mohaned worked as a Service Delivery Manager at Raqmiyat, managing operations and ensuring effective service delivery. Mohaned holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer System Engineering from the University of Science and Technology, completed in 2009.
