James Richter is an accomplished construction professional with extensive experience in project management and delivery within the New South Wales construction industry. Currently serving as Manager Project Delivery at Qanstruct since November 2025, James has held significant roles including State Manager, Construction Manager, and Senior Project Manager at Hacer Group from June 2018 to November 2025. Previous positions at ADCO Constructions included roles of Construction Manager and Project Manager, in addition to prior experience as Project Manager at Private Contracting and Project Engineer at Baulderstone Hornibrook.
