Victor Cai

Victor Cai is a Design Team Leader at Qanstruct, where they lead design initiatives and manage project complexities. With a background as a Senior Architect at Guymer Bailey Architects Pty Ltd from 2018 to 2023, Victor has demonstrated expertise in architecture and project management. Prior to this, they held positions as a Project Architect at GHD Woodhead and The Buchan Group, and served as Design Director at HYP ARCH from 2016 to 2018. Victor began their professional journey at Troppo Architects, working as a Project Architect from 2007 to 2015. They are currently pursuing a Master of Architecture at the University of Adelaide while also studying for a Bachelor of Architecture at Tongji University in China.
