Fernando Gallego

Fernando Gallego is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in operations and sales, currently serving as the Director of Talent at Qaracter. They have managed national and international projects focused on e-business, CRM, and customer service. Previously, Fernando co-founded Panel Sistemas Informáticos, overseeing the complete lifecycle of project sales and execution. They also held managerial roles at Polar Servicios Informáticos, where they were responsible for infrastructure and project management. Fernando holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
