John Cha

John Cha is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in the aerospace industry. Currently serving as the Liaison/MRB Engineering Manager at Qarbon Aerospace since May 2021, John manages the MRB/Liaison engineering organization and oversees critical programs for major industry leaders such as Boeing and Northrop. Prior to this role, John held key positions including Lead Liaison MRB Engineer at Triumph Aerostructures, where performance management and technical audits were central to the responsibilities. John's earlier experiences include design engineering roles at Bell Helicopter, Triumph Aerostructures, and Vought Aircraft Industries, along with project management at The Boeing Company. John holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin, earned in 1995.
