Lore van Herpe

Lore Van Herpe is a Senior HR Officer at Qargo TMS since April 2024, responsible for payroll, performance management, onboarding, and various HR projects including Learning and Development. Prior to this role, Lore served as a Senior IT Recruiter and subsequently an HR Recruitment Officer at delaware BeLux from August 2022 to April 2024, focusing on recruitment for IT and Salesforce professionals and managing HR administration. Additional experience includes working as a Recruitment Consultant at Le Grand & Associates in early 2022 and as a Recruitment Trainee at LGA Engineering in late 2021. Lore began a career in customer service and recruitment in 2020 while studying Human Resources Management at Arteveldehogeschool, where Lore earned a Bachelor’s degree in January 2022.
