Simon Jang

Simon Jang worked at Qargo TMS as a Software Engineer starting in June 2023. Prior to that, they were employed at Cloudway from January 2021 to June 2023, working as an AWS & Serverless Software Developer. From June 2017 to December 2020, Simon was a Full Stack Developer at Pridiktiv. Simon'searliest work experience was as a Retail Associate at Colruyt Group, where they worked from August 2011 to June 2017.

Simon Jang obtained a Bachelor's degree in Toegepaste Informatica from HOGENT, where they studied from 2014 to 2017. Prior to that, they attended Arteveldehogeschool from 2007 to 2011, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree, majoring in Journalism. Simon's earliest education history dates back to Pleinschool Kortrijk from 1999 to 2005, where they completed their secondary education with a focus on Latijn-Moderne Talen. In addition to their formal education, Simon has obtained several certifications in various fields. Simon obtained the AWS Certified Security - Specialty certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2022. In October 2022, they also obtained the AWS Certified SysOps Administrator - Associate certification and in July 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certification, both from AWS. Simon also holds the JSNSD: OpenJS Node.js Services Developer certification from The Linux Foundation, which they obtained in March 2022. Prior to that, they earned the JSNAD: OpenJS Node.js Application Developer certification from The Linux Foundation in October 2021. Simon's earliest certification is the AWS Certified Developer - Associate, which they obtained from AWS in January 2021.
