Qased Houshmand Payam Iranian Company (Qasedek), as a leading institution in the field of digital communications, was formed with the investment of the Information Technology Organization of Iran, Bank of Commerce, Saman Bank and Rightel as major shareholders and the participation of the messaging companies ITA, Ble, IGAP, Soroush and Rahyab Payam Gostaran Company. This company was established with the aim of developing and strengthening the country's messaging infrastructure and has implemented an integrated messaging platform (MXB) in order to synchronize and establish communications between domestic messaging companies.
