Arsad's work experience begins in January 2019 at Omni Solutions, where they worked as a Data Analyst until March 2020. In March 2021, they joined QASource as a Software Engineer and worked in that role until May 2023. During their time at QASource, they held the positions of Software Engineer, Sr. Software Engineer Database Level 1, and currently, they hold the role of Sr. Software Engineer Level 2, starting in March 2023.

Arsad completed their Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree in Information Technology from Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, spanning from 2020 to 2023. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications, including "Power BI for Data Visualization and Analysis" from Udemy, "Querying Data with Transact-SQL" from edX, "Become a Data Analyst" from LinkedIn, "Big Data University" from Cognitive Class, "Foundations for Big Data Analysis with SQL" from Coursera, and "Tableau Desktop Certified Professional Certification" from Great Learning. These certifications were obtained in July and August 2020.
