QASR is a specialist, independent, consultancy that provides transformation, advisory and training services to organisations that wish to change their performance and make efficiencies. We work with asset-intensive organisations spanning industries from utilities and transport, to government infrastructure and defence. Many of our clients are regulated and need to respond to regulatory challenges and develop strong regulatory submissions. Whatever, the driver, we enable organisations to make step changes in performance.

Our work covers all areas of the organisation's operations from the top to the bottom, and from the strategic through to day-to-day operations. We support both large change programmes and have delivered many smaller change initiatives. Some typical examples of our work are:
* Implementing Change: Implementing a programme to transform all aspects of asset management from strategy and planning through to delivery in a major UK water and wastewater company
* Making Decisions and Planning: Utilising advanced risk modelling as part of a new investment planning process and cultural change programme to revolutionise business planning and budgeting, and hence the overall effectiveness and efficiency of a large power generation, transmission and distribution company
* Developing Policy and Strategy: Strategic and economic assessment and development of a business case, to optimise long-term power supplies to a rural region, with support for negotiations, contract development and project mobilisation
* Delivering Service: Implementing new operating model and governance processes, within a large district cooling company, to enable more focused and controlled investment decision-making to: manage budgets; make savings; and to embed a more customer focused approach
* Working Efficiently: Re-designing asset management, capital delivery, operations and maintenance and customer service teams, regimes and planning processes to deliver efficiencies and more effect
