Arda E.

Arda E. is an experienced professional in the field of digital quality and customer experience design, currently serving as a Senior Digital Quality Specialist in Digital Enablement at Qatar Airways since September 2021. Prior to this role, Arda held various positions at Turkish Airlines from October 2016 to September 2021, including Customer Experience Design and Digital Team Lead and UX and Product Designer in Customer Experience Management. Arda also worked as a Culture Unit Supervisor at the University of Turkish Aeronautical Association between April 2014 and January 2016, a Teaching Assistant at Bilkent University from September 2012 to January 2014, and as a UX Rookie at UTRLAB for a brief period in 2012. Early professional experience includes a role as a Product Designer at SleepSoon from April 2011 to June 2012. Arda holds a Master of Fine Arts (Hons) in Communication and Design from Bilkent University and a Bachelor of Design (HHons) in Industrial Design from TOBB Ekonomi ve Teknoloji Üniversitesi.
