Basith B is currently a Lead Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment Specialist at Qatar Airways and a PhD Research Scholar in Oncology and Cancer Biology. With over 14 years of experience in developing and implementing Occupational Health and Safety and Food Safety management systems, Basith has worked across various sectors, including healthcare, oil and gas, and hospitality. Holding a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and an MBA in Health Care Management, Basith has also excelled in various roles, from Junior Research Scientist to Team Leader. They are conversant with multiple local and international safety standards and conduct their work with excellent communication and planning skills to ensure optimal HSE performance.
