Daniel Gorbold

Daniel Gorbold is an experienced professional in aviation English language training, currently serving as the Manager of Aviation English Language Proficiency at Qatar Airways since August 2017, where responsibilities include overseeing the AELP program and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daniel holds a vice-presidential position at the International Civil Aviation English Association since April 2013, contributing to the organization's development and event management. Previous roles include General Manager at EfAP Ltd, where Daniel managed AELP training programs across the Asia-Pacific, and Manager of Aviation English at DynEd International, focusing on business development and academic consultation. Daniel's extensive background in aviation English training also includes project management and instruction in various educational institutions, supported by a Master of Arts from City St George’s, University of London, and a Bachelor of Arts from London Metropolitan University.
