Souvik has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Customer Service Supervisor at Qatar Airways since August 2023. Previous roles include housekeeping supervisor and minibar in charge at ITC Hotels, housekeeping supervisor and lost and found controller at FIVE Hotels and Resorts, and senior guest room attendant during the pre-opening of Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk. Souvik was also a guest room attendant at Four Seasons Hotel Kuwait, Park Hyatt Goa Resort and Spa, and completed an internship at Sheraton Udaipur Palace Resort and Spa. Souvik holds a degree in Hospitality Management from NIPS School of Hotel Management, Kolkata.
