Insaf Masood

Insaf Masood is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in support engineering across various organizations. Currently serving as an IT WorkPlace Services Engineer at Naufar since June 2017, Insaf is also engaged as a Work Place Service Engineer at MEEZA since January 2016, specializing in the support of PCs, IP phones, printers, and applications. Insaf has been associated with Qatar Computer Services as an IT Support Engineer since February 2008. Previous roles include IT Support Engineer at Dara Engineering Consultants from April 2016 to April 2017, providing server and network support, and Student Housing IT Support at Qatar Foundation from July 2013 to April 2016, focusing on desktop and network support. Insaf began a career in IT as a Systems Administrator at Rainco Pvt Ltd from February 2006 to January 2008, covering hardware, software, network, and system support. Insaf holds a high school degree and is IT/Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer+SEC certified.
