Michael Young is an experienced technology leader and investor with a strong background in software development and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as an Advisor and Investor at OrderGuru, Xrossworld, and admisio, as well as Co-Founder and Investor at Exit Hours, Michael also holds the position of Partner at Gumshoe Ventures. Prior to these roles, Michael was the Chief Technology Officer at Ardius from June 2019 to August 2024, where efforts focused on solving tax-related challenges for startups through advanced software and machine learning solutions, culminating in an acquisition by Gusto in June 2021. Michael's earlier experience includes 15 years as Chief Technology Officer at Liferay, which specializes in creating digital experiences, and software engineering positions at Dragon Research and Syntricity. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from UC San Diego, earned between 1996 and 2000.
