Meichen Lin has a diverse work experience that spans from 2011 to 2021. In 2011, they worked as a Cashier at Arlington High School, where they handled cash and check transactions with customers, counted money in cash drawers, and documented inventory of products. In 2015, they began attending University of the Pacific, where they held various roles including Student, Genetics Student, Ecology Student, Microbiology Student, and Assistant Residence Director. In 2016, they joined Tri Delta, where they served as a Member and held the roles of Chapter Correspondent and Secretary for the Phi Rho Chapter at University of the Pacific. In 2019, they began working at The Wine Group as an Analytical Laboratory Technician, where they calibrated and maintained laboratory equipment and performed laboratory analysis, sample preparation, and maintained laboratory equipment following safety practices. In 2020, they joined Cache Creek Foods as a FSQ Laboratory Technician, where they performed quality inspections and quality testing on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process materials, and finished goods. Meichen also managed the supplier approval program, verified incoming certificates of analysis (COAs) and certificates of conformance (COCs) for incoming materials from existing suppliers, conducted monthly internal good manufacturing program (GMP) plant audits, monthly glass & hard plastic audits, and monthly safety walks. Finally, in 2021, they began working as an Implementation Manager at QBench.

Meichen Lin completed a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of the Pacific between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they earned their High School Diploma from Arlington High School between 2011 and 2015. Meichen has also obtained three certifications: Implementing SQF Systems Exam: Manufacturing from the SQF Institute in 2021, Implementing SQF Code for Manufacturing Edition 9 from SCS Global Services in 2020, and HACCP for Processors from SCS Global Services in 2020.
