Tim York

Tim York has held various positions in the financial and data analysis fields since 1992. Tim began their career as a Staff Accountant at Hood and Strong in 1992, where they performed financial audit and tax services to small and medium sized businesses. In 1994, they became an ERP Consultant at Frank, Rimerman & Co. In 1996, they moved to Frank, Rimerman Consulting as a Development Manager and Project Manager, managing a group of developers responsible for creating custom solutions and add-ons to Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains) and a group of ERP consultants in the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP (Great Plains). In 1999, they joined CBIZ Technologies as the Director of Technical Services, responsible for the architecture and implementation of changes to the infrastructure and databases required as part of implementations of Microsoft Dynamics. In 2005, they became the Owner of QBIX Solutions Bay Area, LLC, where they sold and implemented ERP, integration, and reporting solutions for companies of various sizes focusing primarily on Microsoft products. Finally, in 2015, they Co-Founded QBIX Analytics, where they and their team bring decades of financial and data analysis experience to help organizations in the venture capital and private equity markets make better use of their operational data.

Tim York attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1985 to 1990, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
