Victor Su

Victor Su is an experienced sales operations professional with a strong background in managing and optimizing sales processes, tools, data, and documentation. Currently serving as the Sales Operations Manager at Qblox since October 2025, Victor previously held the role of Senior Sales Operations Specialist at LUMICKS from August 2021 to September 2025, where responsibilities included order management and report creation. Earlier experience includes managing international B2B sales at Everlight Chemical and working as a Project Manager at the Importers and Exporters Association of Taipei. Victor also completed mandatory civil service at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Taiwan.
