Åsa Hedberg

Åsa Hedberg has a diverse work experience spanning over different companies and roles. They first worked at Arla Foods in 1998 as a Master Thesis intern. Later, they joined Perten Instruments AB in 1999 where they served as an Application Specialist, Application Coordinator, and Senior Application Specialist over a span of 17 years. In 2016, Åsa moved to PerkinElmer, Inc. where they held positions such as Technical Committee Member, Product Owner & Senior Software Project Coordinator, and Software Product Manager. Currently, they are at Qbtech as a Product Owner starting from 2023. Throughout their career, Åsa has gained expertise in product management, agile practices, cloud software, user interfaces, and coordinating software projects.

Åsa Hedberg obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Chemistry from Stockholm University, which they completed between 1994 and 1999. Åsa also pursued a field of study in Business Administration for 30 hp-k at Stockholm University, although specific start and end years are not provided. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including ISPMA Certified Software Product Manager from ISPMA e.V. in April 2017, Certified Scrum Product Owner® (CSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in May 2019, and Advanced Certified Scrum Product Owner® (ACSPO®) from Scrum Alliance in October 2022.
