Peter Sommer

Peter Sommer's work experience includes:

1. Product Manager at Qbtech since September 2022, responsible for setting the strategy and leading the product development and go-to-market for a new product range. Peter also led the development of three Medical Device Software products.

2. Chief Product Officer at AsthmaTuner AB from August 2017 to November 2022. Peter was the second employee and successfully took the product from a prototype to a CE marked solution implemented in 150+ clinics across 3 countries. Peter'smain responsibility was leading the product team.

3. Engagement Manager at Ericsson Management Consulting from August 2013 to August 2017. Peter worked with the Ericsson Leadership Team on various projects including IoT strategy, IT sourcing strategy, organization blueprints, and global pricing strategy, delivering breakthrough results in strategy and operational improvement.

4. Intern at Procter & Gamble for the summer of 2012.

5. Business Development Manager at Rocket Internet GmbH from February to May 2012, where they were the Marketing Manager for Zanui, an online store for homeware and furniture. Peter negotiated marketing agreements with media companies.

6. Project Intern at Ericsson in June and July 2011.

7. Customer Service Representative at Nordea from February 2010 to May 2011.

8. Sales Assistant at Autopartner AB from April 2007 to August 2008.

Peter Sommer began their education in 2008 at Chalmers University of Technology, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management. Peter completed their undergraduate studies in 2011. In the same year, Peter participated in several exchange programs, including a summer program at Stanford University and another at the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they participated in an MSc Exchange Program at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. Continuing their education, Peter enrolled at Chalmers University of Technology again, this time pursuing a Master's degree in Management and Economics of Innovation from 2011 to 2013.
